Back at Salem!

I'm in Winston-Salem again!

Winter break passed by so quickly... I'm honestly surprised at how fast 20 days passed by. The time spent with my family was a great way to de-stress from fall semester. I'm so, so grateful for the hours we got to spend together in the rather short period of time that I was home. There's nothing better than being with family for the holidays. 

Now, as wonderful as break was, I'm also so glad to be back at Salem. I didn't realize how much I would miss being on campus, going to my amazing, engaging classes, seeing friends every day, etc. Although I won't be on campus for about half of Jan-Term, it's still feels so good to be back. 

While I was away, I kept referring to W-S/Salem as "home," and it was hard to differentiate my home in California from my home at school. Now, I'm bound to start referring to the west coast as "home." I'm just all mixed up.
