Everyone has up days and down days... but, believe it or not, there are always things you can do to make a down day so much better. Here’s a list of things you can do when you’re not having the best of days. Even though some of them might not seem “fun,” they’re all rewarding in their own ways!

- Take a selfie with your best smile.
- Dress up.
- Have an impromptu dance party (even by yourself).
- Make homemade cookies.
- Google “adorable puppies”...
- ...or YouTube cat videos.
- Clean out your closet.
- Watch your favorite movie.
- Go through emails, delete junk.
- Be alone.
- Take a walk.
- Take goofy pictures with a friend.
- Write a thank-you note.
- Plan ahead.
- Doodle on a new piece of paper.
- Binge watch a tv show...
- ...and have some popcorn.
- Make a new friend.
- Wear your favorite shoes.
- Try a DIY.
- Take a break from whatever you’re doing.
- Scroll through Pinterest.
- Go to the movie theatre.
- Make lemonade.
- Write down 5 things you love.
- Paint your nails.
- Enjoy the weather.
- Visit Starbucks/your favorite coffee shop.
- Go to Target.
- Make a 5-year plan.
- Eat a piece of chocolate (but don’t go overboard!).
- Make a donation.

- Write an anonymous positive note to someone.
